By creating an account or using a feature that requires acceptance, you agree to the current version of these Terms and any policies expressly incorporated into them.
If the legal documents are marked as drafts, binding acceptance must remain disabled.
Adult eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to use an account, create a provider profile, purchase advertising, submit a contact request, or access age-restricted areas.
You may not use the platform on behalf of a minor or permit a minor to access your account.
We may restrict or terminate access when age or eligibility cannot be established safely.
Platform role
Escortifys provides technology that allows eligible independent adults to create, manage, and pay for their own advertising profiles.
Escortifys is not an employer, agency, representative, manager, broker, booking service, or party to any arrangement between users.
