Platform advertising payments
Payments to Escortifys purchase provider advertising access and platform entitlements only.
Escortifys does not collect payment for services supplied by providers and does not pay providers.
Price disclosure
The active plan page and server-generated checkout must disclose the plan price, currency, term, renewal model, included entitlements, enabled payment method, taxes, and every mandatory non-government charge before payment authorization.
No mandatory non-government charge may be hidden or added only after the customer commits to purchase.
Plan versions
A completed purchase remains connected to the exact plan version, price, term, currency, and entitlements accepted at checkout.
Changing an active plan creates a new plan version and must not silently rewrite an existing paid period.
NOWPayments
When NOWPayments is enabled, cryptocurrency payment instructions and payment status are provided through the approved processor integration.
A browser return, wallet transaction identifier, or user statement does not activate advertising access.
Advertising access begins only after the payment event is authenticated, normalized, and confirmed by Escortifys.
Cryptocurrency network conditions, exchange rates, confirmation time, underpayment, overpayment, payment expiry, and processor fees may affect completion.
Users must send the exact requested asset and amount to the exact processor-provided destination.
Nuvei
When Nuvei is enabled, supported card, bank, Interac, or cryptocurrency methods are offered only according to the approved merchant configuration.
Payment credentials must be entered through the approved hosted processor experience rather than stored by Escortifys.
A browser return does not activate advertising access.
Manual Interac e-Transfer
When manual Interac e-Transfer is enabled, the provider must send the exact CAD amount using the displayed recipient instructions and unique payment reference.
Marking a payment as sent does not activate advertising access.
An authorized administrator must confirm that the expected funds and reference were received.
Escortifys will never request an online-banking password, banking security answer, or bank-login credential.
Prepaid and recurring terms
A prepaid advertising entitlement begins only after verified payment and expires at the end of its stated period.
Renewal requires another verified payment unless a separately disclosed recurring processor arrangement applies.
Recurring billing is available only when both the active plan and enabled payment processor expressly support it.
The checkout must display the renewal amount, interval, cancellation method, and applicable terms before authorization.
Refunds
Refunds are provided when required by applicable law.
Subject to applicable law, a refund may also be issued for:
- a duplicate payment;
- an incorrect amount charged by Escortifys;
- a verified payment that failed to create the purchased entitlement because of an Escortifys error;
- an advertising plan that Escortifys is unable to provide.
- Subject to applicable law, a refund is not ordinarily provided for time already delivered during an activated advertising period; profile rejection, suspension, or removal caused by a policy violation; failure to complete onboarding or publication requirements; lack of views, contacts, revenue, or other results; cryptocurrency sent to an incorrect address, network, asset, or amount outside the supported recovery process; or a change of mind after an advertising entitlement has begun.
- A refund or payment reversal may result in suspension or revocation of the related commercial entitlement.
Cancellation
Cancelling renewal prevents future renewal where supported. It does not automatically refund an already activated advertising period.
Nothing in this policy limits a non-waivable statutory consumer right.
