Self-advertising control
A provider profile must represent only the adult who owns and controls the provider account.
The provider must personally control:
- account credentials;
- profile content;
- publication choices available to the provider;
- advertising purchases;
- contact-request access;
- account closure requests.
Prohibited third-party control
The provider must not permit an agency, manager, representative, recruiter, intermediary, partner, or other third party to control the account.
A provider may not post a profile for another person, share a profile with another person, sell or transfer an account, or use another provider’s identity or media.
Profile content must be accurate, authorized, non-coercive, and consistent with the public content standards.
Escortifys does not promise identity verification, background screening, legal approval, safety, availability, or any particular result unless a specific feature expressly states what was verified and how.
Provider advertising payments purchase platform visibility and related platform entitlements only. They do not purchase provider services, bookings, introductions, or transactions.
Violation of the self-advertising requirement may result in rejection, unpublication, suspension, termination, preservation of relevant evidence, and reporting where legally required.
